I have worked in babysitting roles, long day care settings with children aged 2 - 5, before and after school care settings, I am a mother of 3 adult boys of which 2 have an intellectual impairment and one has a disability and mental health issues and I am a grandmother of a 1 year old baby boy. I have worked as a case manager, support worker caring for individuals from the age of 3 to 85, i have been a support coordinator, Educator and Coordinator running 2 before/after school care services of children aged 5 -12 with successful outcomes. I have my license and car, I love animals and i really enjoy creating activities and spending time with children, watching them grow and develop in my care. I believe parents are the child's first teacher and know their child best and i am happy to follow any schedules and routines set out by the family. I believe in open communication, honesty, being dependable and responsible. I am currently looking for a role where i can work part time to help me complete my studies in my course of Diploma of school age education and care.
