I know how important choosing the right babysitter is and how big the impact of even a single person can be in a child’s life. So, why me? Not only do I love kids, but I have had years of experience with kids which has enabled me to grow in many skills, in confidence and comfortability and in understanding of kids. For example, kids with energy might need someone energetic but also someone who is patient. I am currently a High School 'Youth Support Worker' (2 days/week). I have 14 nephews and nieces and started babysitting around the age of 11. I have had experience minding up to 6 kids at a time, between the ages of 2 months old- 12 years old at their house as well as on trips (to the park, beach, bush to shopping centres and went on their family holiday to babysit. Last year (2018) I worked as a nanny looking after a 2 year old and taking care of light house work until the child's mother hired me to do administration work for her company, (2 days/week) at the beginning of 2019 until present.
