Hi There! I’m Tara, I’m a 29 year old female and mother myself, hence the title of my Ad. I understand the complexities that can come from managing careers and families, and truly believe it takes a village. I moved to Wollongong from country NSW 2 years ago for career advancement in management, however prior to this I was a private nanny for 12 months to a wonderful 2 year old and 9 month old. I am looking for one single family to work with on either a short or long term basis, so that I can dedicate my time and energy to getting to know your child(ren) on a deep personal level, to gain their trust, respect and understand their personalities to help bring out the best in their development. I am relatively flexible but would like to work in a structured routine where possible. Also open to the option of minding the child(ren) in my home if that would be more mutually beneficial.
