Hey! My name is Tara, I am 21 years old. I have about 3 years of experience working with kids and 2 years of experience working as a 2IC in a before and after-school care service managing 50-70 kids. My main focus is always the child's safety and allowing them to be themselves and have fun! I have an associate degree in education specialising in P.E. teaching and have completed 80 hours of work experience at a childcare centre and primary school.
