I am a 21-year-old university student studying a Bachelor of Secondary Education to become a teacher. I am reliable, responsible, organised and enjoy working with children. I have experience working with children on three teaching placements along with a baby sitting job during my first year at university. The children were 4 years old and 10 year old and my responsibilities included: - picking the kids up from school and daycare - taking them to after school activities - cooking them snacks and dinner - helping with homework, reading with them - playing games and activities with them - general house cleaning - walking the dog - taking them swimming - putting them to bed. Besides this, I have taken care of my cousins on many occasions throughout their life from the ages of 1 to 11 years old, where I have taken on the same responsibilities. I have also undertaken units at university on child psychology which I believe has greatly assisted me in working with children.
