I am 24 years old and consider myself a very nurturing, vivacious person with a very hands-on and responsive attitude. I have a great rapport with children and am passionate about building on my abilities as an educator and carer for children. Coming from a big family of 9 children I believe has taught me strengths and responsibilities to be an adaptable learner that strives to support the independence of young people through compassion and care. I am respectful to the space necessary for growth, whilst still being present in a place of support using positive reinforcement and encouragement in the development and growth of young people. I am very imaginative and resourceful, and an adamant advocate of learning through play and creative expression.
