I developed great confidence in managing larger groups of children in fast paced dynamics. Casual & Weekly Baby sitting 2010 - 2018 I have provided numerous families with my baby sitting services over the past eight years this allowed me to develop my caring and communication skills for a range of ages from 6month olds to 12 year olds. My roles included school pick ups, meal preparation, chaperoning outings, providing entertainment: games, arts and crafts activities. Through out the duration of this position I developed all staple babysitting skills such as bathing, diaper change and adhering to the parents disciplining and structured schedule.
