I grew up with many younger siblings. At 16 I was in charge of caring for 2 newborns, a two year old, three year old, and five year old. I watched a few other kids that were friends of my parents and was the community babysitter among my moms friends and family. I also watched my cousins who were ages 2-14 when needed. I love kids and am really good with communicating with them.
