Hello, my name is Sophie and I am currently staying on the Sunshine Coast for a year. I'm from Germany, where I'm studying Special Education and Primary School Teaching. Ever since I was 14 I've been looking after the kids in the neighbourhood. After graduating school I went to Thailand for a year to do a volunteer service in a primary school and kindergarten. My amazing experiences with the kids there, trying to communicate and play (without speaking the same language) and finding creative ways of teaching led me to my choice of Uni-Course. As a Uni student I also started working for a babysitting agency: looking after groups of kids of all ages at big buiseness events, fairs and parties. On top of that I was looking after little Charlotte (1yo), who I miss very much, once or twice a week. That's why I'm looking forward to looking after your kids! I live in Mooloolaba and get around by bike, which is why I can't provide pick-up/drop-off services. Other than that I'm happy to help you with anything you need and have fun with your little one(s)!
