Hi there! My name is Sophie and I am 21 years old. I study Paramedicine at University (therefore have First Aid and CPR certificates), but decided to take a break this year to work and travel. I am the oldest of 5 siblings and so have lots of understanding about younger ones! I was a babysitter of a 7 year old boy for just over a year in 2018, which involved picking him up from school and looking after him until about 6pm three nights a week. I helped him with his readers, we played games together and sometimes got dinner started. This particular child had some anxiety issues and we worked together along with his parents to build his confidence. I have also done little babysitting jobs here and there in 2019 for up to 3 children. I am a responsible but fun babysitter and love engaging with kids. I am also aware that different parents would like different things for their children so always make a conscious effort to discuss with the parents what these are to fulfil those. I have a car/licence and I love pets.
