Hello, my name is Sophie. I am 24 years old and from Ireland. I moved to Australia two years ago with my friends on a working holiday visa. I have five years of experience working with children, including babysitting and jobs at summer camps. I like to spend time outdoors enjoying the sunshine, going on walks in Hyde park or going to the beach. I miss having a pet of my own so a family with a pet is a bonus for me! My most recent Babysitter position was in Melbourne with a family of four children with ages ranging 2 to 12 years old. I'm sure you can imagine the constant commotion involved in caring for four children, but it's the kind of challenge I find fun and exciting. Monday to Friday, I collected the kids from school and minded them until their parents got home from work. During this time, I would play with the younger kids. I also made them simple dinners the parents requested. Having just to Perth, I’m available to start work immediately. I currently have a very flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
