My name is Siena and I’m 21 years old. I’m studying a Bachelor of Primary Education at Deakin University. I am a highly motivated and a friendly worker, I’m bubbly and confident and am passionate about working with kids! I possess the ability to adapt intuitively, multitask and think on my feet. I have had experience with children in my placements for 2 years and working in after school/holiday care with TeamKids and have learnt many essential skills such as large group management, adaptive and de-escalation skills when difficulties arose whilst building a fun and loving relationship with children of all ages in an engaging and safe environment.
