Hi! My names Shari & I have been working as a full time nanny for the last 2 years& before that I worked in the childcare industry for 10 yrs. Working directly with children is my passion but I also have experience as a manager running & supporting multiple childcare services, you can be assured I am a mature, reliable & trustworthy carer. I am highly experienced with babies (including newborns) and have a huge focus on social/emotional well-being for children, helping them grow and thrive in this ever-changing world is so important to me. I am flexible, easy-going & happy to abide by your preferred parenting styles but also happy to offer support and advice when wanted. I am originally from Adelaide, south Australia but have fallen in love with FNQ and am here to stay. Currently I am available for casual evening and weekend work and I also offer sleepovers with a fixed rate (up to 12 hours) if you’d like a mini getaway for the night. I have my full drivers licence & own car. I have all relevant clearances & qualifications as well as multiple references which I can provide on request.
