I have a bright, gentle, nurturing personality and a strong work ethic. I believe I would be a prefect fit for a family wanting a closer, more personal relationship to support their little one and their learning than what may be available within the business of a childcare centre. I have worked in a childcare centre for 4 years, the past two working as the Room Leader looking after 16 babies ages 0-2 (my speciality!) I also have lots of experience with toddlers and preschool aged children. I currently have my certificate 3 in early childhood education and care and am studying towards my diploma. I have a very gentle and nurturing approach to my work and provide much more than the average child-minding, having had lots of training in different areas of development, children with special needs, and much more.
