I have always been passionate about working in the childcare field. Growing up with younger siblings, I developed a love for caring for children from an early age. After high school, I pursued my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, which laid the foundation for my career. I began working as a nanny, caring for a four-month-old until they turned one, followed by caring for a two-year-old until they reached the age of five, as well as supporting their 12-year-old sibling with after-school care. I also have experience working in childcare centers, which is where I am currently employed. However, I find I am most fulfilled in one-on-one childcare settings, as it allows me to build stronger connections and provide personalized care.
