Unfortunately I would not recommend Samantha. She advertised herself as a ‘Mary Poppins housekeeper’ but that was far from our experience. I asked for 4 hours - 2 hours to do a general clean and 2 hours to do some laundry folding / clean fridge etc. I was on work calls most of the time so wasn’t really aware of where she was up to. After 3hrs45mins she had only cleaned 2 bathrooms and mopped inside. She hadn’t cleaned the kitchen or done any dusting or anything. What she did clean was very average quality, the shower was streaky. I paid Sam the agreed amount and even gave her some cash after she told me she had no money to get home. I later got an aggressive text message saying I hadn’t paid her gst. All in all it was a very disappointing experience.
