I am a highly motivated recent graduate of psychological science interested in working with children and/or youth. I am a caring and compassionate person with humour, warmth and creativity. I have a positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn. I am well-mannered, respectful, honest and respond positively and promptly to feedback and instructions. I take initiative, am presentable, hard-working and have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a range of people from diverse backgrounds. My childcare experience consists of babysitting/childminding throughout high school and helping out in my hometowns youth group. Later I nannied two boys in London, the UK for six lovely months, where I learnt from them, as much as they did me. I am passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives and contribute to providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment. I have completed my First Aid Certificate and Responding to Abuse and Neglect Certificate.
