I do believe that raising children is a really difficult task but it becomes much easier when you weave yourself into their generation and become a friend. I personally feel that I interact well with children as I have raised all three of my children who are now adults as a friend first then a mother; which in my opinion is the best way as they can open up more freely. I have also nurtured my nieces and nephews who I don't treat differently to my children. Therefore, I would say I have maternal instincts to any children that I am a surrounded by.
