I grew up babysitting the kids around my neighborhood back home in Colorado. These kinds of jobs were mostly evenings, making sure the kids had dinner, cleaned their teeth, and were put to bed. I’ve had jobs where I’ve picked kids up from school and dropped them home safely. I’ve also spent about 5 years in my adulthood leading and chaperoning kids on camping and backpacking trips, planning meals, ensuring safety and hydration, handling homesickness, etc. I’m great at keeping kids safely entertained, I’m artistic, creative, and I have some skills in basic nutrition and medicine (both natural and traditional).
