I am in my 4th and final year of studying preschool and primary school teaching at Macquarie University. I have been working in after school care for 2.5 years and have also been working as a nanny/babysitter for the past 6 years or so. This has provided opportunities to support and implement my practical knowledge and understanding of children of all ages. This has also allowed me opportunities to handle situations such as meal times, bath times, bed times, after school activities, homework routines in an out of school environment.
