I have been caring for my niece's daughter since 3 months of age and soon to she will be 4 in February of this years. It has been such a joy to care and look after her and to see her grow to the little person that she is today. With lots of activities and reading. Also, now looking after another niece's son who is 2 and half years old with special needs. Taking him to Speech therapy and physio. My primary role is to ensure the safety and well-being of the children under my care while providing a nurturing and stimulating environment. In their day-to-day tasks, I engage children in various activities that promote their physical, social, and intellectual development. I may plan and organize games, crafts, and educational activities that encourage creativity and learning. Additionally, assist children with daily routines, such as mealtime and naptime, and may help with basic hygiene tasks like diaper changes or toilet training.
