I did a few months of work experience when I was in high school at Starfish Childcare in Blackburn South which would be a few times a week after school. I would be involved in various activities with the children including reading them books, playing lego, playing on the playground. I also have a younger sister who I have helped my mum raise, essentially becoming her second mum. I have always done a lot for her such as putting her to bed, bathing her (when she was younger), helping her with school work, cleaning her room, making her dinner. I enjoy being part of children's playtime but you can also rely on me to follow a nightly routine and put them to bed if needed!
