I am a loving, caring energetic mother of four teenage and adult children. I enjoy supporting, nurturing and engaging with all individuals, of all abilities assisting them to reach their full potential. I am reliable and have developed strong time management skills with over 23 years experience in the community service sector. I have experience working with babies, toddlers, pre kindy children and also with 6-12 year old children in after school care. I have developed exceptional communication skills, helping create strong, sustainable and transparent relationships with families. I have a good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and child developmental needs and encourage a feeling of individual belonging, a sense of safety in all environments and the opportunity for individuals to confidently express themselves. I enjoy creating fun and engaging experiences, including explorative art, client and carer directed, cooking, yoga, dance, swimming lessons and age appropriate challenges. I understand all governing legislations relevant to the community service sector and work health and safety is of paramount importance.
