My name is Nicole, and I have a passion for working with children and have done so from a young age. I am living in Main Beach however happy to travel up to 25km. I have several years of experience as an early years teacher and then moved into a corporate role overseeing kids programs. This involved planning and coordinating activities for children between the age of 1-12 and training the team to care for them. I have done many years of babysitting for both boys and girls for 3 - 10 years old. The majority of my experience revolves around caring for children under 5, I've also spent significant time babysitting primary-aged children and currently work on a casual basis in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) for school-age kids. I love creating fun and engaging activities that incorporate a lot of play but also learning. For under 5s, this could include baking, play dough, imaginary play, colouring or the like. For older children teaching board games, sports or helping with homework. High communication and building strong relationships with both children and their families is a priority for me.
