I can help children learn and grow in a safe and friendly environment. I have the ability to create the daily schedules that include bathroom breaks, naptime, lunch, snacks, playtime and class time, so the children will get used to a routine and learn structure. I also have the knowledge to create and implement lesson plans and to observe the kids to see how well they are responding to the lessons. My abilities include planning activities and selecting materials that will help the children learn how to express themselves verbally while promoting creativity. It also includes planning activities that help the kids develop good social skills by working together with each other and good coordination skills. I have a real desire to work with children and the ability to make a connection with them and their families. I am enthusiastic and have the ability and patience to work with all children, including those with special needs to ensure they are receiving the best of care. Above all else, I have the ability to help create a secure environment where the kids feel safe, and the parents can rest easy knowing their children are in good hands.
