As an early childhood educator with 2.5 years of hands-on experience in a Sri Lankan daycare, I have cultivated a profound passion for nurturing and guiding young children. My role involved a variety of responsibilities crucial to the toddlers' holistic development. I carefully prepared and served meals, including specialized formula feeds, ensuring each child’s nutritional needs were met. I also managed bathing routines and nap times, creating a soothing environment for rest. Additionally, I engaged the children in stimulating play activities during evening sessions, enhancing their social skills and creativity. My dedication to fostering a safe, enriching, and joyful environment helped me build strong connections with the children and support their families effectively. This experience has deepened my commitment to early childhood care, and I am enthusiastic about applying my skills and passion to new opportunities, aiming to positively impact children’s lives.
