I have a Bachelor of counselling, 5 years of experience working in child protection and 1 year of experience working with youth in the justice system aged 15-34yrs. I am currently studying a Masers in Teaching (Early Childhood) online with QUT. I am very passionate about children and ensuring they are safe and are given opportunities to learn and grow in a way that is enjoyable for them. I understand the importance of child centred practice and ensuring every child feels heard and understood. I drive a Volkswagen Golf, it’s clean and safe. I also have a brand new car seat for newborns to approx 4 years. I am vaccinated for whooping cough however am not vaccinated against COVID 19. I have previously completed a first aid and CPR course however this needs to be renewed.
