My name is Montserrat, everyone calls me Monchi or Mon. I'm 25 years old and I've been working with kids since I was 13 years old. I'm a psycologist who worked a lot in schools and kinder gardens, most of the time with children with some kind of disability. I love kids, specially from 0 to 5 years old, I used to play with them being aware that its the way they have to know the world, learn about their mistakes, grow up, share, laugh and manipulate their word. I am a very responsible, kind, cheerful, attentive and honest person. I am very patient, I believe every child has their own time to learn, play, think and sense the stimulates arround them, even if their are the same age. I strongly recommend montessori education, a different way to teach and learn. Stimulate their senses so they can have their own experiences, trying and building their own knowledge. Active play provides the physical activity that is vital for healthy growth and development of small kids. I believe every child I tood care to, taught me different things that make me grow up a little bit more and that's why I continue taking care of them.
