My name is Roe, and I've recently relocated to Brisbane after working professionally in the theatre industry for the last 6 years in Sydney, Melbourne and on Broadway. My 'littles' call me 'Mary Poppins'. My approach to childcare is to instill confidence and independence while providing fun and creative outlets for self-expression. I believe in patience and allowing children time to understand, ultimately creating a safe environment. I have great and extensive experience working with children with special/differing needs of all kind & have an ABN for anyone needing to access childcare through the NDIS. I have a blue card and first aid/CPR training. I am also currently in the process of becoming a foster carer, and begin studying Youth Work shortly. Most recently I've worked as a casual sitter for two young girls (3 and 5), as a before-school sitter for two boys (7 and 9), and a full-time nanny for a lil' man (5 months - 11 months).
