Hi, My name is Molly and I'm 26 years old from the UK. I have 7 years experience in Early Years, having worked at a private nursery for 9 years and then as a teacher in an Early Years setting, attached to a school. I have also completed a BA degree in Early Childhood Studies and hold a Level 3 practical qualification for working with children. I have a WWC reference check and I am able to offer references from the UK. Early Years is my passion and I love seeing the joy and excitement young children experience through the smallest things! I am reliable, hardworking, personable, friendly, outgoing, patient and attentive. I always have time for the children in my care and I am a big advocate for child-initiated activities and following their lead in their interests. I think it's really important to build a trusting relationship between the child and their family, to ensure that the child receives the upmost level of care and attention.
