Flexible, hardworking, easy to talk to and can work in a timely matter I’ve been in the early childcare career for 4 years now, I’ve worked with kids with additional needs (peg feeding, autism, vision impaired, challenging behaviors) I love what I do and babysit for a couple of the families from my Center plus some from my previous center, I’m looking for weekend and night time work after hours from my 9-5 position at ECTARC sanctuary point, I can do all tasks from making food to putting to sleep, I also have many references that I have worked with and still currently babysit for as they are amazed with my ability to work with challenging behaviors, children with needs and regular routines.
