Hi I'm Mikaelah, I have worked in childcare for the past 2 and a years as a room assistant with 2-3 year olds with some added experience in the 3-5 year old rooms and the 6 weeks-1 year old rooms. I have absolutely loved every part of working in childcare from watching the children grow and develop to using my creativity and setting up learning experiences. I have also worked as a nanny for two families since January this year but have recently had to move from Victoria to Brisbane, so I am now looking for a family to work with in the Brisbane area. I believe in a gentle educating approach working together with the children to navigate their world and thrive. I Love setting up interesting experiences and watching the children's mind's at work as they explore.
