I began my career in the childcare/ nannying industry in 2010 completing my Certificate ll in community services while I was completing my higher school certificate. In 2014 I was given the opportunity to complete my Certificate lll in Early Childhood Education and Care, and went onto a room leader position in 2015 where I stayed at the centre for around 8 years and completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching and Care. I believe my patience, creativity, friendly and caring manner ensures all children receive the highest standard of care. Ensuring I create a bond with the children where they feel safe, secure and supported is very important to me. My care is Providing the children with activities and experiences that are educational either through intentional teaching or learning through play. Effective communication plays an integral part of a child/ children’s development not only with the child but with the parents to. I have been in the industry for this long and will continue to stay in this industry as I believe I have a passion for working with children and being a part of their growth and development.
