My name is Michelle. I've worked in child care since 1986 and have completed a Certificate III in child care (mothercraft nurse). I've worked in various child care centres as a nanny throughout my thirty year career. I have cared for children from infants to age fourteen. One of the children I shared responsibility for is now thirty years old and another one has recently finished VCE. I have also been priveliged in sharing the lives of two toddlers who are now teenagers. Through working with children I have developed an interest in puppertry and story telling, as well as teaching art and craft . I've run community courses with children and adults specific to these areas. My knowledge and expertise enables me to program and plan activities based on individual needs and interests, that supports their emotional and physical development.
