Hey, my name is Micaela and I’m 23 years old. I’ve been working in childcare for over 5 years now at a childcare centre in Birtinya. I absolutely love children, I have a young boy myself, he's 20months old and full of energy. I have completed my Diploma in early childhood education and care, have a blue card and CPR. I’m pretty flexible, my boy attends daycare Monday-Wednesday so these are my preferred days of work but also have help from family so can be available on other days if need be. I’m outgoing, I love children, I'm reliable, hard working and responsible. I love the outdoors and keeping active and believe children learn best in nature play.
