Hi my name is Mel, I'm 22 years old and live in Sydney! I've been in the childcare industry for 5 years and am looking to extend my knowledge and career in nannying! My passion is providing a warm, safe, caring and stimulating environment that meets the developmental needs of each child and opportunities for children to have a positive wellbeing. I believe that children should be celebrated as unique individuals who are capable to achieve wonderful things! As an educator, I emphasise on catering to each child individually, expressing their unique characteristics, talents and interest – in a safe, secure and supported environment.
