Hello! My name is Matilda and I’m a Swedish 20 year old with a passion for childcare and traveling. I have spent the past one and a half years working as a live in nanny/au pair in America and Australia. Prior to that I have done babysitting, substitute teaching in primary school and training kids groups. I have experience with children aged 2 to 15 years old but would be open to work with any age. After a year of working in Australia, I will go back to Sweden to study and later on hopefully become a pediatrician. I believe it’s important to be a great role model for the kids I’m caring for as they look up to us who are older and copy our behavior. I also strongly believe that it’s important to incorporate fun into learning and development. Play is more important to learning than we think.
