As a qualified Early Years Educator, I understand the importance & value of early interactions between children and the people around them to give our children the best start in life. My career spans over 25 years caring & nurturing the little lives I've come across. The emphasis in my career has always been child-focused- ensuring their experiences are enriching, safe, fun and educational. Having been worked at Early Years services, Early Parenting Centres & in Maternal & Child Health, I developed an understanding of differing families and how we can parent our children in the most up-to-date & well-researched manner. I am highly organised, reliable and creative. I use all these strengths in my daily life with the people/children I work with. As a mother myself, I understand the demands, pressures & joy of parenting. My calm, positive nature coupled with my experience allows me to work seamlessly through the difficult (and ever-changing) moments. I have previously been a nanny, I understand the worry of bringing someone into your home & I hope that when we meet, you'll be able to feel the experience I bring, the calm and positive can-do manner & the sense of humour & fun that is me!
