My education includes a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, an Advanced Diploma in Business. In addition to my qualifications I have completed a, emergency First Aid certificate, Leadership training, hold a National Police Clearance, and have Child-Related DCSI clearance. I also hold a Full Driver’s License and own a reliable car. As a requirement of my Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care I have recently completed work placements with Felixstow World of Learning and Greenacres Community Kids in Adelaide. During these placements I drew upon and utilised professional early childhood education and care practices including; the fostering of holistic development and wellbeing practices, the implementation of strategies for the inclusion of all children, and the design and implementation of a curriculum to foster children’s learning and development.I am an enthusiastic and compassionate worker who strives to improve the wellbeing and educational outcomes of young children. I operate within child-centred procedures and policies and my professional and compassionate approach enables me to build rapport and trust with children, parents, and colleagues.
