I am a nature enthusiast, a multidisciplinary artist and I love to cook nourishing soul food for the people in my life. My biggest inspiration comes from deep listening and connection to Country, creating safe and nurturing spaces and environments for others to relax and thrive, and the experience of connecting with the deep wisdom that arises from Earth centered living. My goal when working with others is nervous system regulation and attunement, and the work that I do is deeply embedded within trauma informed frameworks. When working with others, my greatest passion is guiding people back into their hearts and bodies through connection with their innate gifts and the natural world.
