I am a confident, reliable, fun and responsible person. I have a big family and therefore have a lot of experience being around children (I have 21 younger cousins!). I have the most fun when my parents go away and I have to take over the responsibility of my younger brother (16 yo) and the household. Cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, drop off and pick ups, helping with homework and just making sure he is always okay. I love the feeling of being that person a child can rely on; forming special bonds with them gives me so much meaning and joy. I am currently in a gap year, however have so far studied for two years studying occupational therapy and so have some knowledge about child development and skills around working with children at all stages of development.
