I am a mother of 5 adult children who are all now living out of home, and a young at heart grandmother of 9, ranging in age from 3 weeks to 15 years. Whilst I am a maternal 63 I do not feel or act old and I bring with me a wealth of life experience to this role. 2 of my children are primary teachers, 1 is an early childhood early intervention leader, and my son holds 2 trade qualifications. I ceased full time employment with a financial planning firm in September 2020 as I was looking to reduce my long hours and was hopeful of securing a more rewarding position with a better work/life balance. I have since become the proud owner of a very loveable cavoodle puppy who has stolen my heart in competition with my youngest granddaughter. I am looking to supplement my income and thought nothing could be better than sharing my love of children. I have very flexible availability, own my own vehicle with 2 car seats and I am happy to transport children to after school activities should this be required. I am honest, caring and reliable and take seriously the responsibility entailed in caring for another family's children.
