I am an early childhood teacher looking for something slightly different in caring for children, I have recently moved to the Sunshine Coast to be with family and would like to work with children in a home setting. I have worked in long day care for 30years providing leadership to staff and education and care to children. I am passionate, caring, dedicated and reliable and know how hard it is for parents to leave children in the care of others while they go to work. I would communicate with parents and endeavour to care for their children in the way that they would want carrying out their requirements and needs for the well-being of the children and to the best of my ability. The best care for the children is what is most important, stability, security and trust are also what I would provide.
