I spent a lot of my adolescence babysitting for my younger cousins, but I gained most of my experience in babysitting and childcare when I au paired in France for a family with 3 little boys from ages 2 to 10. My role included waking them feeding them breakfast, getting them ready, driving them to their different schools, chores around the house, picking them up from school, helping with their homework, playing with them, bathing the youngest and changing his diapers, driving them to their after school activities, cooking their dinner and putting them to bed. I worked weekends also sometimes.
