My name is Louise, I am 51 years of age with adult children and a very cute miniature dachshund named Dixie. I live in New Farm and love being so close to the river and New Farm park for walks with Dixie. I am very passionate about helping others understand themselves and make sense of the the world around them to help overcome social and emotional challenges. Children's need to be heard, understood, valued and supported by patient, compassionate, curious and responsible, caring adults is what I strongly believe in. I value other peoples thoughts, feelings and emotions and aim to develop compassion, understanding, tolerance and resilience in children. I chose to stay at home with my children until they went to school and those years were the best years of my life, this is a way of reliving those years only your children will get the benefits of my personal lived experiences, academic knowledge and professional work experience. Children learn how to be in the world from seeing, hearing and doing. I want to be part of your child's positive life experiences and share my knowledge with you.
