Hello, I am Louise, I have worked in Early Childhood for the past 3 years, more recently as a Nanny and Sitter for families in Brisbane. I looked after a 9 month old and 3.5 year old for 6 months at the end of 2019 / 2020 and have continued with this family casually, while working for Coastal Babysitters. I have looked after children from 5 months to 14 years. I enjoy all ages and am looking for my next permanent position of up to 35 hours a week. I am also currently enjoying an online evening course studying Steiner Primary Teaching. I love to dance, get out into nature, visit friends and farmers markets. I am active, practise singing and meditate. I lead by example and see the value in nature based play as well as including/giving responsibility to children in day to day activities, such as preparing food, tidying and setting up activities. As not every day is the same, I am flexible and perceptive and am always learning. I have had feedback from colleagues that I am creative and nurturing educator and have a calming effect on the room. I have my First Aid, CPR and Blue Card and I'm based in Windsor.
