Hello! My name is Lily, I am 24 and I have recently moved to Perth from the UK. Professionally and socially I am recognised as a well-rounded individual who is proactive, self-motivated and reliable as is important when dealing with children. I have worked at a local children's pottery class for over 4 years working with kids from ages 5-14 and keeping them engaged and occupied. I love exploring children's creative side! I have also been a nanny in Spain/London for several families building a close relationship with both child and parent. This type of childcare requires pick-up/drop-off to school, homework help, meal prep and bedtime routines. I also worked with a babysitting agency in London which saw me working for over 50 different families over a 3 year period affording me with experience with all types of parenting styles and family systems. In particular love being useful to parents in times of need- I know how desperately help is needed sometimes! For that reason I am usually very flexible as is necessary with children and I am very understanding when plans change as long as there is clear communication between parent and sitter.
