Hi, I have been a babysitter for the past 9 years working with many families with children of various ages and needs. I am currently a third year Bachelor of Primary Education uni student. I work in before and after school care as a supervisor which involves supervising and playing with children, creating a fun, safe and supportive environment, coordinating and organising engaging activities, delegating roles to educators, and communicating with families whilst their child is at the service and on drop off and pick up. I also work as an SLSO in primary schools which requires me to ensure students of various needs and with disabilities are able to achieve educational outcomes.
