I have over 5 years experience in childcare. I love children and I believe children can be groomed to be confident, assertive, respectful and gracious young persons. I bring my own first aid kit, safe toys and books because children usually like to have something different to play with than the toys they have at home everyday. I strike a balance between being gentle, and being firm without losing my temper when I need to be. I have experience with keeping children with ADHD stimulated.
