I have been working as an aupair for a loving family since July, looking after two children aged 4 and 6. I am doing this job until March and have been able to gain very valuable and intensive experience in childcare during this time. I have already worked a lot with children before. My duties include organising and keeping my girls occupied, usual routines such as breakfast/lunch/dinner, bath time, many outings and light housework. I have learnt to act flexibly and adapt to the individual needs of a family. I am motivated to continue working as a nanny after my year abroad, as I really enjoy working with children.
